Ms Anita Yap
Anita is the principal coach & facilitator of a boutique coaching,
facilitation and training firm dedicated to helping individuals and organisations
achieve their goals through dialogue, learning and inspired actions. When
conducting workshops, Anita is an enthusiastic and lively trainer with
a passion for helping her learners to transfer the skills and knowledge
from the classroom to their work and personal life. Learners who have experienced
Anita’s workshops have described her as “inspiring”, “professional” and
“exuding passion and enthusiasm”. An energetic facilitator with international
experience, Anita has worked with clients in Singapore, China, Cambodia,
Laos, Macau, Myanmar and Vietnam. As a certified professional coach, Anita
has been coaching executives in the areas of personal leadership, career
transitions and life issues.
Ms Jessica Hong
Jessica is a chartered accountant and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy
from the University of Malaya. She completed her post-graduate studies
in a management development programme at INSEAD, Singapore. Her career
with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) has given her invaluable experience in
areas such as system assurance, management assurance, audit, fraud investigations,
system implementations and due diligence.
She is on the panel of trainers for the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) Business Ethics and Conduct. She specialises in Anti Money Laundering and Anti Terrorism Financing topics, and Financial Reporting Standards.
Mr Suhaimi Salleh
Suhaimi is the CEO of a consulting/accounting firm providing professional
management consulting, training, auditing and accounting services to corporate
and individual clients. He has more than 30 years of post-graduate experience
in audit, accounting, financial management, corporate planning and human
resource management. In addition, Suhaimi has vast experience in conducting
training and consulting assignments for major private and public sector
organisations and he is a facilitator for the SSI course: “Financial Accounting
and Application for Non-Finance Professionals for NPOs”. Besides his professional
achievements, he is also active in the non-profit organisation and charity
sector, serving in government, academic and non-profit organisation committees
such as the Charity Council, Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP), Institute of Management
Consultants (IMC) Singapore and PMBM Scholarship Fund Board.
Ms Usha Menon
Usha is the founder of Usha Menon Management Consultancy (Asia), an international
training and consultancy service working exclusively with social impact
organisations across Asia. Her multi-country client list includes charities,
arts/ health/ education institutions, think-tanks, UN entities, International
NGOs, social enterprises, philanthropic foundations and capability building
organisations. She brings a wealth of multi-country experience, expertise
and insights on leadership, management and fundraising. In addition, Usha
has helped charities to expand their programme and fundraising capabilities
and has transformed charity income sources drastically through local resource
mobilisation across Asia, especially in the areas of local private sector
fundraising through individual giving, philanthropic investments and corporate
engagement.
